As an Open Access journal, all published content is freely available online without subscription barriers. However, costs are incurred in the peer review process, editorial handling, professional formatting, and digital hosting to ensure global accessibility of high-quality aerospace research.

For authors receiving support from any organization, government, research grant, or National Institutes of Health (NIH), the article processing fee is $2,019. The article cannot be published in open access until the full payment has been received.
